Who we are
FLAGELANTE is an independent underground electronic music label. This website is flagelante.com. For anything privacy-related, reach us through the contact form on the Follow page.
What loads only with your consent
Embedded players.Release, artist and podcast pages can embed players from SoundCloud, Bandcamp and YouTube. These are served by those companies and set their own third-party cookies once loaded. Until you allow them, the players are not loaded at all — you see a placeholder instead. (One narrow exception: podcast episode artwork is a plain image fetched from SoundCloud's image servers; it sets no cookies.) Their own policies: SoundCloud, Bandcamp, Google/YouTube.
Visit statistics. With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to see, in aggregate, which pages are visited. Without consent the analytics script is never loaded.
What works without consent (and why)
Your consent choice itself is stored in your browser (localStorage, key flg-consent) so we do not ask on every page. It never leaves your device and can be erased with the reset button above or by clearing site data.
The contact form sends us the name, email address, subject and message you type — used only to answer you, and protected from bots by Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that processes technical browser data but shows no ads and builds no profiles.
Server logs. Like almost every website, our hosting provider (Hostinger) keeps short-lived technical logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security and troubleshooting.
What we deliberately avoid: no advertising, no tracking pixels, no selling or sharing of data, no fonts loaded from third parties (they are served from our own server), and no analytics or embeds before you say so.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask what data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, and withdraw consent at any time (the buttons above do this instantly). Contact us through the Follow page and we will answer. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority.
Changes
If the site gains new features that touch personal data — such as the upcoming store — this page will be updated before they go live.
